    This 3-tier cooling rack is actually 3 separate racks that stand on one another. It is really ingenious. You only have to use as many racks as needed, but you have three racks if needed. It really saves the counter space. And they are stainless steel and well made. No more flimsy or rusty racks that sit 3/8" off the countertop. These actually allow plenty of air above and below to cool things quicker.

    Got rid of my non-stick cookie racks because they are toxic, and found myself some stainless steel cookie racks. Love them so far, and have used them quite a bit. They are still in good shape.
